I found one of these while hunting the elusive C orvair parts.   only 300 made and I’ve found 2 in the wild! (57 Meteor Ranchero)

Gotta love that ‘72. It was so nice of Ford to only use it for one year and make car spotting that much easier.

My buddy misbehaving in his ‘72. If it helps, there were no cars coming when he did it.

Yeah, but finding parts for them sucks. My friend needs a gas tank for his (it has a fuel cell in it that really is more trouble than it’s worth on a vehicle with a mostly stock 302) and nobody reproduces them. 73 on are different and so are 71 and earlier.

My ‘72 Gran Torino was easy to find parts for! Of course I had that thing from 1981 to 1984 so things might have changed.

Well, as far as the tank, the Torinos used different tanks. Everything from the doors back is different I think.

Just a joke. The wrecking yards were full of those things back then. Now, not so much.
